The ARISE (ARO Alliance for ASEAN & East Asia) program is the platform of Academic Research Organization (ARO) for Medical Innovation that jointly promote quality and quantity of clinical studies in the Asia region. ARISE is based on the Japanese and APEC policy that multinational cooperation in clinical research is needed in Asia.
